Acute Triangles - Flash Lesson from MathActive about triangles.

Math Activities Index - A ton of educational (and increadibly fun) math games that you can play by yourself or against a partner. This site is a “Must Check Out.”

Middle School Math Book - The text book we use in class.

Asset Education Portal - Arizona School Services through Educational Technology

Looking for the Top Quark - A coordinate graph game like “Battleship.”

Fraction Sorter - Make and color in the correct fraction.

Equivalent Fractions Pointer - Make equivalent fractions. Great Review.

Simple Maze Game - A maze where you avoid bombs by imputing coordinates.

Factor Game - A game where you play against an opponent or the computer and select factors of a number.

Fraction Four - A “connect four” type game played by reducing fractions.

Science

The Exploratorium - The online portion of the Exploratorium Museum in San Francisco. It has a ton of webcasts, videos, and science lessons.

Technology

ChatMaker - You can create your own chat room. Remember that you have to “invite” people so that they know it is there.

CNN Student News - a 10 min. newscast everyday for middle and high school students. There is also resources for teachers to supplement the video.
